Wexler's Deli

For those of you that follow me on instagram you may have seen me mention Wexler's Deli, my newest design project scheduled to open in a few months. In late 2013 a friend of mine, Micah Wexler, contacted me about designing a new deli for him at the historic Grand Central Market in downtown LA. I jumped at the opportunity to work with such a talented friend on this super cool new endeavor. Micah and his business partner Mike wanted to create a super cool urban deli that felt classic and traditional while respecting the history of the market and it's location. Everything they are serving will be house smoked and hand sliced with a lot of attention paid to the craft of making everything themselves. I can't wait to try it all! For now enjoy the initial concept mood board I created with a preliminary rendering of the design, I love the way it's looking. So many more fabulous details to come that I can't wait to share.
